- Returns & Exchanges — We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, scoops that have been used with any powder can't be returned.

- Wrong size? Contact us before using the scoop, and we'll help you swap it for the right size.
- How to return: Email us through our contact page with your order number. Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong
item, the customer pays return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the
return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- We currently ship within the United States. Every order is printed, packed, and shipped from Michigan within 1–3 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $15 or more · Standard Shipping $3.99 on orders under $15 · Express Shipping $15.
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and your
